Where are the meals prepared?

The cooked meals can be delivered to your doorstep or cooked in your kitchen.  I have found that most clients would rather have their meals delivered, but it's up to you.  If I do cook in your kitchen, I will bring all my own pots, pans, utensils and supplies.  At the end of the day I will leave your kitchen as I found it and your home smelling delicious!

Do I specialize in any type of cooking?

Yes and no.  I specialize in taking standard recipes and making them healthier, without sacrificing flavor.  However, I don't have a cuisine specialty - I enjoy preparing them all.  I can prepare such cuisines as Asian, American, European, Mexican, Indian, Fusion, and many, many others.

Do I take into account special dietary needs?

Yes.  When going over your food preferences, I will find out if you're on a special diet plan or if you have any dietary restrictions.  The menus that I customize for you will incorporate all of your needs.

Can you make special requests to menu selections?

Of course!  This service is designed to fit your lifestyle and food habits.  If there are favorite recipes or dishes you would like to have, just let me know.
